Cairo - Mubasher: The Egyptian Chemical Industries (Kima) has entered new markets to export fertilisers amid the current global competition.

Kima exported 130,000 tones of agricultural urea fertilisers with a value of $40 million during the March-June period after supplying the share of the Ministry of Agriculture, according to a bourse disclosure on Thursday.

During the first nine months of fiscal year (FY) 2020/2021, Kima turned to net losses of EGP 1.02 billion, against net profits of EGP 42.915 million in the year-ago period.
