MOSCOW- The share of foreign investors among holders of Russia's OFZ treasury bonds declined further in March to 20.2%, its lowest since August 2015, the central bank data showed on Monday.

The share had stood at 22.7% as of March 1, the central bank's data previously showed, slipping gradually over the past year as Russia has stepped up its bond offerings to plug budget holes.
