CARBIS BAY, England- The president of the World Bank, David Malpass, praised leaders of the Group of Seven rich economies for pledging to donate 1 billion COVID-19 vaccines to poor countries over the next year, but said the move was not enough to fix the problem.

"These will save lives around the world, but much more needs to be done," Malpass told reporters before speaking with G7 leaders at their summit on Sunday.
