The Samsung Galaxy Note9 has been officially unveiled, and shortly after its launch UAE retailers are giving consumers in the country the chance to pre-order the South Korean tech giant's most powerful device so far.

And while the 6.4-inch device is also Samsung's most expensive smartphone, it does come packed with features, as unveiled during the Unpacked event in New York on Thursday.

The Note9 comes in two internal storage/RAM combos at 128GB/6GB and 512GB/8GB. Prices for the UAE have been confirmed at Dh3,699 and Dh4,599, respectively, and are inclusive of VAT.

And as always, UAE retailers are dangling some freebies for the earliest customers.

Major retailers Sharaf DG, Jumbo Electronics, Eros Digital, Jacky's Electronicsand Plug Ins are all offering a JBL headphone and Bluetooth speaker customers who pre-order the device, with the latter coming only with the 512GB model. The value of the giveaways is at Dh1,248. All also offer monthly installment plans.

Amazon-owned online marketplace Souq.com also has the same price offers, including the bonus items.

LuLu Webstore, meanwhile, is also accepting pre-orders, though as at posting time, no free items were mentioned.

The Galaxy Note9 will hit shelves on August 24.
