MOSCOW - Russia's agriculture watchdog lifted a ban on imports of cattle and pigs from the European Union and outlined terms for their import, the Interfax news agency cited the watchdog as saying on Thursday.

The import of pigs, however, remained banned under a separate trade ban imposed by Russia in October 2017, Interfax reported.
