Riyadh – Al Gassim Investment Holding Company (GACO) has filed a lawsuit before Buraidah’s administrative court against the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture’s branch in Al Qassim region.

GACO wants the ministry’s branch to cancel its abstention decision to submit its request to the King of Saudi Arabia, Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, to own the total land area it had developed, according to a bourse statement on Monday.

Previously, a royal decree approved GACO to own an area of just 74 million square meters of the land handed over to it.
