Investment Strategy

The objective of ASM Syariah Capital Protected Sector Linked Fund is to provide the rate of return of the Fund higher than that of the Fund’s Performance Benchmark whilst seeking to provide capital protection on the investor’s capital over the tenure of the Fund. The Fund will adopt a two-step approach strategy. First, is to provide the capital protection for the investor or unit holder’s principal investment in high quality fixed income securities and second, is to provide potential returns for the Fund through investing in a diversified portfolio of quality Shariah compliant equities or any other permitted securities.
