CAIRO  - Egypt is set to receive its next International Monetary Fund loan disbursal in the third week of December, Finance Minister Amr El Garhy said on Tuesday, a $2 billion payment that is part of a three-year $12 billion loan agreement.

The payment will bring total disbursements under the programme to about $6 billion. Egypt last year agreed to ambitious economic reforms as part of the loan deal.
