MANAMA -  Ebdaa Bank for Microfinance has announced the appointment of Mr. Mohammed Fouad Al-Haddad, as its new Hamad Town branch manager.

This came in line with bank’s efforts to empower national cadres and imitate them in leadership positions and to give a hand to employees of special needs.

CEO of Ebdaa Bank Dr. Khaled Al Ghazzawi said: “At the beginning of his career at the bank, despite all difficulties of his work as a loan specialist for several years, Mr. Mohammed Al-Haddad proved his ability to accomplish the tasks assigned to him quickly and professionally with high productivity and assist the Bank's Executive Management in achieving its objectives,”

“Although he had special needs, this did not prevent him from doing his job. In 2017, he got promoted as a team leader at our main branch. Soon after, he got promoted as assistant manager of Saar branch. Today, Al-Haddad gets his new position with great merit after a distinguished career throughout his tenure in the bank " Added Dr. Al Ghazzawi.

Dr. Al Ghazzawi further noted to Bank’s keenness to hire, train and promote Bahraini employees, where 85% of Bank’s employees are Bahrainis. He stressed that bank is embarking on its plan to promote distinguished employees to senior positions, ensuring the employment of Bahrainis in al Bank’s departments.

Al-Haddad is a Bahraini national. He joined Ebdaa Bank in 2015 as a loan specialist. He has a bachelor's degree majoring business administration from AMA University in the Kingdom of Bahrain and is married and has one son.
