Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Arada Developments will launch new offices and sales centres in Saudi Arabia and Abu Dhabi in the first half of 2019, the CEO of the Sharjah-based developer said.

Saudi Arabia is a “hugely important” market for Arada, CEO Ahmed Alkhoshaibi told Construction Week in an interview.

Arada, which is the builder of Sharjah's Nasma Residences and Aljada projects, revealed that Saudi nationals had purchased 250 homes in Aljada and Nasma Residences by the end of 2018.

“At the beginning of February, we tested the Abu Dhabi market further by setting up our first mall stand in Bawabat Al Sharq Mall, which has seen record leads and sales generated. As a result, our move to open an office that will double as a sales centre in the UAE capital was just a matter of time,” Alkhoshaibi revealed.

The new office is expected to be opened by the end of June 2019.

The move follows the launch of a new product that will attract investors from India and Saudi Arabia.

Last week, the property developer's CEO announced launching a new product, which he said would be rolled out “in the coming weeks”.

The product is projected to meet the strong organic demand that Arada’s plans have attracted from the GCC and India, Alkhoshaibi added.
