Arabtec Holding’s wholly-owned subsidiary Arabtec Construction has secured a contract worth 366 million dirhams ($99.64 million) for Greek Village developed by Emaar Misr, the Egyptian arm of Emaar Properties.

Greek Village is the first of Marassi’s six phases to be developed by Emaar Misr. The contract is for the construction of 42 townhouses, 18 residential buildings and seven bungalows, together with supporting infrastructure and landscaping.

Work will commence immediately for a duration of 36 months, Arabtec said in a statement.
