Saudi's Mobily appoints new board chairman

Saudi telecoms company Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) has named a new chairman of the board, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday. 

In a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul), the company confirmed that Nabeel Mohamed Al-Amudi had been appointed to the post, while Suliman Abdulrahman had been elected as the vice chairman. 

The chairman and vice chairman were elected for the board’s new term, which began on 1st December, for a period of three years.
