Pantheon Development, a subsidiary of Pantheon Group and an emerging brand in the affordable luxury segment within Dubais real estate market, has announced that it has completed the structural work at its upcoming project, Pantheon Elysee, in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), ahead of the schedule.
With the structural job now complete, the work related to the mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) services stands at 40 per cent, said the statement from the developer.
Pantheon Group is a US-based well-diversified global business conglomerate with more than Dh1.2 billion ($325 million) annual turnover. The group has offices in the UAE, India, Far East and Latin America.
A $49-million development, Pantheon Elysee will be the second affordable luxury project by Pantheon. The mixed-use development boasts 268 residential units and retail outlets, it added.
Group founder and chairman Kalpesh Kinariwala said: "It has been an exciting journey to have witnessed the steady progress on the construction of this project, and we cannot wait until it goes on floors later this year."
One of the leading real estate developers in the region, Pantheon Developments goal has always been to create a market for affordable luxury living, he remarked.
