Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises (Monshaat) launched on Monday a new program for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the agricultural sector.

The speeding program targets date producers in Al Madinah, Ahsa, and Qassim, with the aim of developing startups through the best local and international practices, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.

Monshaat allocated a total of SAR 3 million for 30 startups, with 10 companies in each region and governorate, and SAR 100,000 per company in order to stimulate and develop their businesses, according to Sami Al Husseini, the Deputy Governor for Small and Medium Enterprises at Monshaat.
