Kuwait’s new development scheme, dubbed “New-Kuwait 2035” vision, involves the completion of two mega residential projects; namely, South Sabah Al Ahmad residential city and South Saad Al Abdullah city, by 2029.

The GCC nation finished around 10% of South Sabah Al Ahmad residential city, while work progress in the South Saad Al Abdullah city reached 11%, according to Al Qabas newspaper.

Kuwait also has completed about 35% of Abdullah Al Mubarak suburb and it will be fully finished by 2025.

Additionally, around 39% of South Al-Mutlaa City, the largest housing project in Kuwait with 28,363 units, was completed, with expectations to finish the development by 2023.

The GCC state also completed about 86% of Jaber Al Ahmad City, a residential project located 25 kilometres west of Kuwait City, to be finished by 2022.
