Egypt - Castle Development signed contracts worth EGP 2.3 billion with contractors for Castle Landmark project to implement it as soon as possible, Hapi Journal cited CEO Ahmed Mansour on February 28th.

The real estate firm has pumped about EGP 600 million into the development’s construction works, Mansour noted. He added that EGP 2.2 billion worth of contractual sales were registered for the project.

Castle Development plans to increase the execution works of the development to 45% by the end of this year, according to the CEO.

Another project in west Cairo will be offered during the fourth quarter of the year, Mansour unveiled.

He earlier said the company would launch two new projects in the New Administrative Capital and west Cairo.
