Cairo – Amer Group Holding Co announced that its subsidiary Amer Tourism Development has submitted a request to the New Minya City Authority to obtain a 110-feddan land plot in Minya.

The real estate developer currently awaits the authority’s approval to build a new tourism project in the Upper Egyptian governorate, according to a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Sunday.

It is noteworthy that during the first half of 2019, Amer Group Holding Co. posted a net profit of EGP 25.42 million, compared to EGP 55 million in H1-18.
