Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE), one of the largest aircraft leasing companies in the world, said that the number of owned, managed and committed to own and manage aircraft in its fleet grew to about 410 in 2019.

DAE’s leasing division DAE Capital delivered and committed to deliver over $1.75 billion in aircraft assets and grew managed and committed to manage assets portfolio to over 125 aircraft valued at $3.5 billion during the year.

It also issued $1.9 billion of new unsecured debt, bringing the Unsecured Debt-To-Total Debt ratio to 61.5 per cent

DAE’s customer base grew to 112 and countries serviced to 56. It also report reported portfolio utilization of 100 per cent. The company completed 35 lease transactions completed in 2019.

Average age of owned fleet was six years during the year, while the average lease term remaining on owned fleet reached 6.3 years. – TradeArabia News Service
