Dubai – Deyaar Development has begun handing over the Bella Rose residential project, the company's second project in Dubai Science Park.

The project has 478 apartments and 12 retail spaces to serve the residents and the surrounding area, with built-up area of over 600,000 square feet, according to a press release on Tuesday.

Moreover, the project provides various studios and one and two-bedroom apartments in an 18-storey tower with high class amenities.

The company has sold over 95% of the units, with the majority of investors from the UAE.

The CEO of Deyaar, Saeed Al Qatami, said: "The handover of the Bella Rose project comes after a year full of challenges caused by the global pandemic at all levels, but our project team has successfully managed to complete the construction ahead of schedule."
