Azizi Developments, one of the leading private developers in the UAE, has awarded a major contract, to the UAE-based Prestige Construction for construction of eight buildings within its residential development, Victoria, located at District 7 of MBR City in Dubai.

A new residential destination in the most sought-after location in all of Dubai, Victoria is a sizable project with a built up area of 29.73-million-sq-ft.

The community, which is home to over 27,555 units spread across 105 mid- and high-rise residential buildings, will be one of the greenest residential destinations in the emirate, said the developer.

Victoria’s design is inspired by southern European-clustered town configurations, comprising high-street features from British-Georgian downtowns.

Offering an unparalleled lifestyle with its residents’ health and wellbeing at its core, Victoria will be host to a lush green outdoor space, enriched with a vast array of health-focused and recreational amenities, it added.
