UAE -  Azizi Developments, a leading private property developer in the UAE, announced the completion of 70% of the construction work at its residential development Azizi Star in Al Furjan.

The construction of Azizi Star homes is on track and is set for completion by the end of 2019 as part of its commitment to timely project delivery, according to a press release.

The real estate firm has marked 97% structural completion of Azizi Star with blockwork and internal plastering work at over 90%.

The heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) works of the project have been completed at nearly 80%, while tiling work is completed at almost 60%.

The work progress at the second fix of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) is at 76%, while almost 8% of external works were finished.

Meanwhile, one-third of the façade work and around 20% the overall finishing is completed, Azizi highlighted.

Farhad Azizi, CEO of Azizi Developments, said: “We have achieved several construction milestones this year, highlighting the accelerated project-delivery model that we are pursuing in 2019, which we mark as our ‘Year of Construction.’ We will continue to deliver on our promises to those who made Azizi Developments what it is today, our treasured customers.”

Azizi Star, which has a total gross floor area of 26,659 square metres, features 476 residential units, including 334 studios, 48 one-bedroom, and 94 two-bedroom apartments, with prices starting at only AED 420,000 and attractive payment plan options.
