Al Zahia, a joint venture between Majid Al Futtaim Properties and Sharjah Asset Management, has launched the sales of ready-to-move in residential units within its Al Lilac neighbourhood.

An idyllic residential community comprising 290 three- to five-bedroom villas and townhouses, Al Lilac is the latest neighbourhood to welcome families in Al Zahia, following the handover of homes in Al Jouri and Al Narjis in 2017 and 2018 respectively.

Complementing Al Zahia’s six other neighbourhoods and adding to its unique philosophy of place-making, Al Lilac is carefully crafted to resonate with the integrated community’s lifestyle, said the statement from the Sharjah developer.

Designed to provide a wholly welcoming environment for families to explore and form deep, personal connections - with their surroundings and one another - the new neighbourhood provides homeowners all the green spaces and communal comforts required to start a new life together and create more happy memories for their growing families, it stated.

With its contemporary, beautifully designed and well-designed homes, lush landscape and sensorial park, Al Lilac is sure to further distinguish Al Zahia in the hearts and minds of aspirational families as the most modern and gratifying destination in the northern emirates to call home, it added.

Yousuf Kazim, Managing Director for Majid Al Futtaim (Communities) said: "Al Zahia is designed to capture the imagination, inspiring a feeling of familial and communal belonging in the hearts and minds of homeowners."

"With the new opening of the northern emirate’s largest mall, City Centre Al Zahia, the community is set to be the epicentre of regional growth, it is fast becoming a sanctuary for discerning residents and visitors," he noted.

Located off Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road and directly on University City Road, Al Zahia is Sharjah’s first gated community which on completion will boast a total of 3,700 homes.

Families in search of an affirming community - replete with the most modern of amenities and enlivened by ample green spaces - can now take up residence in Al Lilac’s selection of lavishly outfitted homes, stated Kazim.

"Homebuyers and prospective customers can move in immediately and pay over 3 years, in addition, customers can benefit from up to 8% savings," he said.

To date, 64 per cent of the project has been sold, with 800 families already in residence, he added.

Sharjah Holding’s CEO Walid Al Hashimi said: “This handover moment marks a new chapter for Al Zahia and the people of Sharjah. It vindicates our optimism for the future and underlines the region’s potential for growth and capacity for innovation."

"Decidedly, it also speaks to the strong demand for master planned gated communities, such as Al Zahia. Today, we are more determined than ever to complete Al Zahia and make it the example of modern residential living it was always envisioned to be,” he added.

Al Zahia features a range of upscale amenities, including a luxurious clubhouse. Exclusive to residents, the clubhouse will provide resort-style living and a place to socialise and unwind. It will offer two resort-style swimming pools, a full gymnasium, a signature restaurant, and Sharjah’s most luxurious private park, explained Al Hashimi.

"Distinguished by a focus on accessibility, Al Zahia also offers an exclusive footbridge as a direct connection to the to the newly open City Centre Al Zahia - the northern emirates’ largest mall - ensuring ultimate convenience.

North Hub, Al Zahia’s upcoming retail destination, will also provide residents access to 900+ sqm of retail offerings, including Carrefour, a coffee shop and a pharmacy. All of those premium facilities will be just minutes away from Al Zahia residents, he added.-TradeArabia News Service
