Seef District, Kingdom of Bahrain - Tuesday 15 May 2012: The Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) of the Kingdom of Bahrain, in association with Cullen International, will be hosting a regional workshop on mastering telecommunications regulation from 22 - 24 May 2010 at the Kempinski Grand and Ixir Hotel.
This workshop aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the regulatory issues and developments in the telecommunications sector, using real-life case studies from Europe and drawing insights from the region. This workshop will provide participants with a comprehensive insight of the latest regulatory developments in the field of broadband deployment, access to infrastructure, radio spectrum, competition issues and mobile roaming,
TRA has received a number of participations from local and GCC operators, which shows awareness of the importance of participating in such workshops that benefit the sector through the investment in human resources via professional competencies and capacity.
