AlKhobar: March 30, 2013: Rawabi organizes its third Talent Exhibit this coming April from the 3rd to the 16th under the theme of "Discover Your Passion...Create Your Success". This exhibit aims to guide youth (16-24 years) in making career choices based on self-evaluation and the idea of developing their hidden talents. And to make their visit to the Rawabi Talent Exhibit (RTE) a journey of experiences, select and influential experts of different careers have been invited to answer all questions related to a variety of fields.

Twenty professions will be showcased at the exhibit which offers a real opportunity for this important group in the society to realize their true talents and capabilities by meeting these experts and becoming aware of the myriad of job opportunities available in the Saudi market. This includes information on potential job positions available inside the especially-produced RTE 2013 career guidance material.

The highlight of the exhibit for this year are the electronic and interactive career tools such as the Career Compass mobile application and an interactive augmented reality platform that allows students to explore a day in the life of different professionals.

This exhibit translates the strategic and binding relationship between the private and public sectors which both aim at sustainable development and defining hidden young Saudi talent while offering to them an eye-opening event on the current situation of the Saudi market as well as enlightening discussions to guide them towards their own potential and orient them individually from there.
