Piling Tech, a civil engineering subsidiary of Tech Group specialising in foundation engineering and design, has announced its successful participation in the Piling and Deep Foundations Summit 2008, which took place at the Shangri-La Hotel in Dubai.
Although it was only established in 2003, Piling Tech's total investment is currently AED 300,000 million, and its 2007 profit was AED 27 million, a figure that is expected to double to AED 55 million in 2008.
Speaking of the conference, Dr Abdul Khalik M. Sultan, General Manger of Piling Tech, said, "Piling Tech has grown rapidly in the five years since we first entered the market, working to develop the latest techniques in boring and driven piling systems. This was a chance for us to raise awareness of the company, and to showcase our achievements while making a contribution to the industry."
"Our participation in the conference was a resounding success, attracting much attention from important industry players, and it was a perfect opportunity for us to show the value that we can add to all of our projects. We believe that the interest that Piling Tech has generated will allow us to continue to grow and will allow us to develop an even stronger competitive position in the market," Dr Sultan added.
"The conference presented an exciting opportunity for world leaders in deep foundation design, construction and testing to come together and explore innovative ways to improve
the value and quality of the services provided by the industry, and we are proud to have participated in it," said Tech Group CEO, Mr. Ali Ghaleb Jaber.
Piling Tech has already signed around 120 agreements for projects in Ajman alone, including those with Ajman Pearl for AED 52 million, Aqaar Properties' Ajman 1 for AED 51 million, and Tameer Holding for AED 21 million. The company will soon be expanding into Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.
