Facilities Include Recreational Areas, Landscaping and Parking

Dubai, UAE, August 12 2012

Mizin LLC, a member of Dubai Properties Group, has completed a number of key community facilities to enhance the lives of residents in its Remraam Community. Located in Dubai's growing DUBAILAND district, Remraam now has 24 hour security, landscaping and parking, as well as communal lawns, BBQs, walkways, seating and shaded play areas.

Additional facilities which have recently been completed include a community recreational playground that is available for group activities and games such as football and cricket, along with an extensive network of landscaped pathways and community jogging tracks.

Mr Khalid Al Malik, Group CEO at Dubai Properties Group commented "I am pleased to see the Remraam community steadily flourishing as we continue to hand over units to customers. We have worked closely with contractors and partners to deliver these key facilities and amenities at Remraam, and our priority now is to continue to enhance the community to deliver on our promise to customers."

Mizin LLC has also appointed a Property Manager and Facility Manager and set up a Community Office, whilst securing a grocery delivery for the convenience and peace of mind of residents.    

Further facilities currently in development at Remraam include a mosque, swimming pools and retail outlets, as well as the access road from the Dubai Bypass Road which is in an advanced stage of completion.
