MoU between ASPCL and Ajman Land & Property Department will lead to simplified and improved services
Ajman, UAE: The Ajman Sewerage Private Company Ltd. (ASPCL) and the Ajman Land & Property Department signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on March 6th, 2011 to enhance cooperation between two of the Emirate's leading organizations. Signed in the presence of Mr. Olivier Crasson, General Manager of ASPCL, and Mr. Harib Salim Al Ariani, Director General of the Ajman Land & Property Department, it will provide a strong foundation for future collaboration in order to deliver improved and streamlined services to the residents of Ajman.
Through a mutually beneficial partnership between the two key entities, a focus on joint strategic objectives will be possible, ultimately benefiting their customers through simplified processes and improved service.
To ensure the smooth implementation of the agreement between the two parties, a Joint Committee consisting of elected representatives from both organizations will be formed. This Joint Committee will act to strengthen the ties of cooperation by pursuing common goals and providing better opportunities for information exchange. It will also study the needs of the community, and set up and implement joint plans and programs that will positively benefit the residents of Ajman.
Following the signing ceremony, Mr. Crasson reaffirmed ASPCL's determination to continue to provide Ajman residents with the highest standards of customer service. "Our vision to provide excellence to Ajman will not only cover our systems and network, but will also be reflected through the customer experience," he said, maintaining, "ASPCL will not stop in its quest to improve its services as a matter of public service policy."
