Kuwait Airways Privatisation Update

17th August 2011, Kuwait City: In advance of the 25 August deadline, the Privatisation Committee of Kuwait Airways ("PrivComm") and its advisers are following up with all parties who have made contact regarding the Expressions of Interest phase (EOI) of the privatisation programme.

PrivComm's foremost commitment is to ensure the best outcome for the people and the economy of Kuwait as well as the employees of the business. It is working in close collaboration with its consortium of advisors to manage and monitor the process and continues to invite interested parties who wish to receive a copy of the EOI package, highlighting the opportunity, transaction process and application form, to register at the following website: www.kacprivatisation.com.

The deadline for submission of all EOIs is August 25, 2011 at 5:00PM (Kuwait time).
