Dubai, UAE, 18 May 2013: HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Minister of Finance and President of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), has honoured HE Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, MD and CEO of DEWA, for his contributions and pivotal role in developing the engineering sector in the UAE. The appreciation ceremony was held on the sidelines of the opening ceremony of Society of Engineers' office in Al Mamzar, Dubai.
"On behalf of DEWA, I extend my sincere gratitude to His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum for this accolade, which is the result of DEWA's efforts and achievements in the engineering sector," said Al Tayer.
