United Arab Emirates, 21 September 2008 - EDARA L.L.C, one of the leading Project Management companies in the region, has been officially appointed as the Project Managers for the Emirates NBD Warehouse project. The project site is located at the Jebel Ali Industrial Area 1 in Dubai, UAE.

The project will have a built up area of 60,574 square feet, with construction scheduled to begin in July this year and completed on April 2009. As Project Managers, EDARA's role will include development of the Clients brief, facilitating the tender process, selecting the design & build contractor, maintaining a high standard of quality & cost management, handing over and closing the project and managing the defects liability period.

The primary aim of the Warehouse Project is to centralize the archive filing for Emirates NBD. As one of the largest and fastest growing financial institutions in the region, Emirates NBD has had to brace itself to deal with a massive surge in the number of customers. The facility will house the existing active files plus provide ample storage facilities for future files incurred over the next decade. The warehouse will be fully air-conditioned and includes a special fire fighting agent as a fool-proof protection measure.
