United Arab Emirates, November 27th 2007 - EDARA L.L.C, one of the region's leading Project Management companies, has officially announced the opening of its new office in Abu Dhabi. The move is in line with EDARA's expansion plans, and will provide the company with an ideal base to oversee their Abu Dhabi operations.

Originally based solely in Dubai, EDARA's portfolio of projects today includes some of the biggest and most innovative developments across the UAE and beyond. Since its inception, EDARA has successfully undertaken many projects, ranging from industrial, residential, commercial to leisure, worth collectively over AED 17 billion. In Abu Dhabi, EDARA manages some of the most anticipated projects including a contract with Manazel to develop Dunes Village, a residential complex that will be situated within the Investment Park Phase 2. EDARA has also been awarded the project management services contract for the exclusive Al Jazira Club Towers project in the capital of the UAE. "EDARA's portfolio of projects today includes many high profile developments and will expand this portfolio even further to include Abu Dhabi especially after the completion of successful projects such as Al Raha School and Emirates Institution of Banking and Finance, in addition to serving Abu Dhabi Clients in Dubai. Situated on the edge of the Central Business Area, EDARA's new office will provide a much needed base for its Abu Dhabi operations.  With space for 7 permanent staff plus an adequate meeting space, the new office will not facilitate the earlier management of the existing projects, but will more importantly stimulate further growth of the business with a permanent base in the capital.

EDARA's Abu Dhabi office will follow the existing corporate brand guidelines in order to provide familiarity to its staff and clients alike. The new premises will be ready for occupancy by the end of the year.
