Mirbat Beach, a billion-dollar valued integrated tourism development project from Dhofar Tourism Company SAOG participated in the Tourism Development and Investment Exhibition (TDIE) 2009 at Oman International Exhibition Centre, Muscat, from 27 to 30 October 2009.
TDIE 2009 showcased new investment projects and real estate opportunities in the Sultanate, through participants representing leading real estate, finance and investment companies, from the region and beyond.

Mirbat Beach is an OMR 1 billion project developed by the Dhofar Tourism Company (SAOG) in Mirbat, Sultanate of Oman. Upon completion, Mirbat Beach will feature over 1600 residential units (townhouses, village houses, villas, apartments) and over 10,000 sq. m. of retail space and 10,000 sq. m. of office space.
