Khalid Al Barwani, the Team Leader of Corporate Banking at ahlibank has been named as the "Young Achiever 2011"" at the 5th NTI Biz Pro Awards.
Khali Al Barwani was selected from a nominees list of 100 young Omani throughout the Sultanate. The winners were filtered down by the expert KPMG panel that took them through the evaluation process. KMPG are known for their professional status in audit, tax and advisory, and their involvement assures candidates of even greater transparency in the evaluation process.
The objective of these awards is to reward and promote the achievements of Omani business leaders and young achievers by acknowledging their contribution to the corporate sector in Oman. National Training Institute (NTI) initiated the BizPro Awards to be a thrust towards recognizing the role models and mentors of the business world. Partnering with business houses, the primary objective has been to recognize and celebrate the accomplishments of Omani performers, and inspire people to contribute towards the growth of the country.
