BAGHDAD: US and British workers in the well-fortified Green Zone in mid Baghdad reported that they "received no warnings from their embassies, in comparison to other countries, following the attacks against the embassies in response to Anti-Prophet Mohammed film".

A number of Arab countries witnessed massive demonstrations, including Iraq.
In Kuwait, precautionary measures were taken to protect US and Arab embassies and consulates, while the Sudanese people attacked the German, British and US embassies.
25 casualties were reported in north Lebanon, where the protestors burnt an American fast food restaurant.
Attempts to storm in US embassies in Pakistan, India, Yemen, Algeria, Morocco, Bangladesh, Iran, Jordan, Palestine, Tunisia and other Islamic countries were reported, as well as burning an American school in Tunis.
The British Daily Mail published that Britain made contingency plans to evacuate it is diplomats and their families from the Middle East.
