KUWAIT, July 12 (KUNA) -- The exchange rate of the US dollar against the Kuwaiti dinar stood at KD 0.281, as was the case with the euro at KD 0.344 compared to Wednesday's figures.

Meanwhile, the exchange rate of the Sterling pound stood at KD 0.436. The Japanese yen remained unchanged at KD 0.003 as well as the Swiss franc, which stood at KD 0.285, said the Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK) on Thursday.

American Federal Bank has expressed concerns about the economic conditions in the United States, especially with the poor performance of the global economy and the negative future outlook.
