Dubai-based Damac Properties yesterday launched Damac Heights, its first branded project in Dubai, at the cost of Dh2.5 billion.
Located in Dubai Marina, the 90-storey tower will house three-, two- and one-bedroom apartments until the 60th floor, with the next 25 levels dedicated to penthouses and duplexes. "We have got the land and work will start soon. We expect the tower to be completed by 2011," said Hussain Sajwani, Chairman of Damac Holding.
The tower, which has been designed by Aedas Architects, will offer amenities such as health clubs for men and women, steam and sauna facilities, gymnasium, swimming pools, nursery and daycare centres, barbecue area, banquet area, golf simulator and games room.
At the launch, Damac also announced a host of other promotions revolving around all its Dubai-based properties during Dubai Summer Surprises (DSS) 2007 the 72day-long shopping and retail extravaganza, which gets under way today.
Every purchase of a property at Damac Heights or any other Damac property worth Dh350,000 during DSS 2007 entitles the buyer to enter a draw, where one luxury car will be raffled. The draws will be held every second week commencing from July 5 at the Mall of the Emirates.
