JEDDAH: Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Company and Saudi Kier Construction have signed a three-year memorandum of understanding to jointly pre-qualify for projects in the Eastern Province.
The companies will compete for projects in oil, gas, power, water and industrial sectors.
"The company will announce any projects if awarded," Abdullah Al-Khodari said in a statement posted on Tadawul website. The memorandum of understanding has had no financial impact so far, the company added.
Saudi Kier is part of the UK-based Kier Construction, which has equivalent subsidiaries in Dubai, Caribbean and Romania among other destinations.
