MUSCAT -- Tibiaan Properties would complete 10 years this year amidst successes and distinct methodology of work in the real estate market.
The company was incorporated by Fahad bin Sultan al Ismaili -- Executive Director, as a result of his passion and affection to property brokerage, particularly when his family used to assign him in managing the rental contracts. This helped in developing his talent and he launched this business of property brokerage in 2002 when he was 19 years of age.
Fahad says: "Real estate brokerage is my first passion and it grows with me whenever I grow older. Therefore I was very careful for anything that develops my knowledge and abilities".
The Executive Director of Tibiaan Properties believes that the real estate brokerage market in the Sultanate is stable and is working according to principles laid down by the government to organise the market.
He expressed his extreme pleasure for the launch of an association that is concerned in real estate in Sultanate as announced recently to be a guide for the workers in the real estate sector.
Al Ismaili hopes that the association would play a notable role in developing the business in the real estate market in the Sultanate and activate the supervisory role to limit trespasses that are committed by parties not licensed to operate in the real estate brokerage and this would undoubtedly serve the market and transacting parties in general.
He considers dealing with tenants poses a great challenge to the landlords and this challen
ge augments in the circumstances of aggressive competition prevailing in the market, therefore it is necessary for property owners to provide highest standards of properties and best services to tenants hence establishing high value for investment through ensuring tenants and reducing the vacancy of the property and maintenance costs while increasing the value of the investment and establish a steady cash flow.
