Bahrain will unveil two major property expos next month, bringing in real estate market property leaders form as many as 30 countries across the Gulf Cooperation Council region and the globe.  This May will witness the second edition of the successful twin exhibition Property Arabia and the Worldwide Property Show from May 28 to 31 at the Bahrain International Exhibition Centre. The mega consumer property show is the creation of the Bahrain-based Arabian Exhibition Management along with Dubai Shows Limited and will boast of more than 55 exhibitors from over 30 different countries.  

This unique combination of property shows will allow for an international calibre of exhibitors who will showcase hundreds of the biggest and most innovative real estate developments happening throughout the world.

On show will be a vast range of residential and commercial properties, as well as related services including apartments and penthouses, agents, architects, financial institutions, interiors, new city and town projects, resort and island properties and waterfront and luxury developments.  

"This is the best opportunity for anyone looking to see the latest in real estate development. By staging these two events together, we intend to bring to visitors an unrivalled choice of properties, locally and internationally, all conveniently located under one roof," said Dareen Al Saad, Arabian Exhibition Management Project Manager. "The Gulf States possess over 45 per cent of the world's oil wealth and with ever increasing oil prices this region's excess liquidity and desire for alternative assets continues to flourish and attract worldwide acclaim and popularity. Additionally, new legislation allowing foreign ownership is causing real estate to be increasingly perceived as an attractive investment opportunity," she said. Co-show organiser Arabian Exhibition Management, who run a highly successful portfolio of established events in Bahrain, including the popular Jewellery Arabia series, expect a sizeable visitor turnout. The last edition of Property Arabia & The Worldwide Property show attracted 5,585 high net worth individuals and corporate investors.

Major developers like Abraj Al Lulu, Abu Dhabi Investment House, Era Project, Gulf Holding Company, Landmark Properties, Landmark Bahrain, Orchid Developers, Sherwoods Real Estate and Tabarak Group, were taking part. "This year we have an unprecedented number of international exhibitors who have come to Bahrain to showcase their high-end property from all around the world. On display will be developments from Bulgaria, Canada, Cyprus, Portugal, Spain, the USA, and many more," said Mike Bridge, Director at Dubai Shows Limited.  

The shows are open to trade visitors and the general public from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. on May 28 and 29 and from noon to 9 p.m. on May 30 and from noon to 6 p.m. on May 31.
