DUBAI (Zawya Dow Jones)--Telecom Egypt (ETEL.CI) said its Chief Financial Officer Hassan Helmy has resigned for personal reasons.
A replacement for Mr. Helmy will be announced in due course, Telecom Egypt said in a brief statement.
"Mr. Helmy has made an invaluable contribution to the success of Telecom Egypt since he joined in 2009," said Mohamed Amin Elnawawy, Telecom Egypt's managing director and CEO.
Telecom Egypt shares closed trading Tuesday at EGP14.67.
