Damascus - Minister of Expatriates Joseph Suwaid discussed on Tuesday with a delegation of expatriate businessmen and investors the role of expatriates in the development process in Syria.

Suwaid underlined the development of the Syrian investment atmosphere in Syria and the available investment opportunities and facilitations.

The delegation will be participating in the Southern Area Investment Conference, which will kick of on Wednesday in Suwayda in southern Syria with the participation of 116 expatriate investors in addition to Arab and foreign investors.
