Sorouh Real Estate has acquired a strategic shareholding in real estate agency LLJ Property. It said the acquisition was made via a share transfer transaction, without giving a value for the deal, and that the two companies will create a joint venture for sales of properties at Sorouh's major projects. LLJ became the sole sales agent for Sorouh's Tala Tower project in 2006.
