Algerian electricity and gas company Sonelgaz plans to create 4,000 jobs in 2010 as part of a HR development programme, APS quoted CEO Noureddine Bouterfa as saying on Monday (January 11th).

Speaking on the sidelines of Energy Minister Chakib Khelil's visit to Oran, Bouterfa added that the group's investment operations require the new employees.
