RIYADH/JEDDAH -- A group of Singaporean companies from the construction and related sectors is visiting the Kingdom from April 7-11.
The mission is scheduled to visit Riyadh on April 7-9 and Jeddah on April 10-11.
The delegation is in the Kingdom to learn more about housing/residential developments as they are keen to enter into the Saudi market.
Members of the delegation are meeting with officials and representatives of the Ministry of Housing, Parsons Saudi Arabia, Maskan Arabia, Dar Al-Arkan Real Estate, KPMG, Alfanar Construction Co., RAFAL Real Estate Development Co. in Riyadh and JDURC, Nesma Holding, Jones Lang Lasalle, Ewaan Global Residency Company, Al Muhaidib Contracting, Keppel Land and Al Afandi Group in Jeddah.
These meetings would provide an opportunity for the Singaporean companies to present their capabilities and expertise to Saudi companies.
The mission includes companies like Lee Kim Tah, Lum Chang and Saudi Jurong which are the biggest players in Singapore's private and public housing projects; Surbana, Meinhardt and RSP Architects which have the capabilities across the value chain from master planning to engineering consulting, to construction and project management. Koon Holdings and Tiong Seng are precast technology.
