BEIRUT (Zawya Dow Jones)--Saudi Arabia's National Co. for Glass Industries (2150.SA), or Zoujaj, said on Saturday that it has signed a 43.66 million Saudi riyals ($11.64 million) contract to expand its plant in Riyadh.

The deal, which was signed with the local contractor Amana, includes civil and concrete works as well as steel structures, Zoujaj said in a statement posted on the Saudi bourse website.

The project will be implemented over 13 months starting from the beginning of March, according to the statement.

Zoujaj is involved in the manufacture of glass products such as bottles and lamps.
