DAMMAM -- The Ministry of Commerce and Industry has set up a questionnaire on its online portal as well as Twitter to gauge public reaction to services provided by all car dealers in the Kingdom in a bid to understand the automotive sector better.
The questionnaire aims to understand dealers' behavior when it comes to their products and deliver solid findings that can be submitted to local agencies, society and parent companies with the aim of enhancing the sector by meeting consumers' aspirations.
The ministry wants to better organize and promote the automotive industry in the Kingdom and play an active role in establishing a fair and competitive environment, raising the standard of services provided to consumers.
The ministry has previously distributed paper questionnaires across the Kingdom using a sample of public and private sector organizations, universities and target markets.
