Baghdad (AIN) -Head of the Sadr Trend, Muqtada al-Sadr froze function of two MPs from the Ahrar bloc associated to the Sadr Trend.
A statement by Sadr office received by AIN on Thursday cited that "Sadr issued a statement in which he declared freezing the function of MP Hakim al-Zamili and MP Hassan al-Jubouri of Ahrar bloc till completing the complaints filed against them."
"Sadr also announced forming an investigating commission headed by the parliament Deputy Speaker, Qusai al-Sihail to consider this issue," according to the statement.
