Riyadh, November 13 , SPA -- Prince Salman Bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Riyadh Region patronized here today the opening ceremony of a factory of Riyadh Cement Company and a factory of Saudi White Cement company .
Upon arrival at the venue, Prince Salman was received by a number of princes and senior officials.
A speech ceremony was held on this occasion.
