Muscat - Oman Arab Bank (OAB) announced that it has been awarded the 'Platinum Technology Award for Quality and Best Trade Name.'
It has also been accredited with the 'Total Quality Management Aptitude Seal for High Quality Performance & Best Customer Satisfaction' by France's Association Otherways Management & Consulting.
The 'Platinum Technology Award for Quality' is presented to honour winners for their achievement in innovation, quality and technology. The awardees are chosen through a voting process as well as the through consultation with various industry and trade-related bodies.
OAB chief executive Abdul Kader Askalan said, "Receiving such a global award is sound appreciation of the bank's focus on offering quality banking products and in achieving excellence in client servicing. The award is also recognition of OAB's continued endeavour to offer innovative products and services which cater to our clients' diverse and growing requirements."
Lo'ai Bataineh, DGM and head of the Investment Management Group, represented OAB at the awards ceremony held in Berlin, Germany, which was attended by dignitaries from across the globe.
