The Council of Ministers chaired by Crown Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense, at Al-Salam Palace in Jeddah on Monday 20 May, 2013,
approved the appointment of the following :
Dr. Fahd Ahmed Abu Hemayd representing Ministry of Commerce and Industry; and Mr. Khalid Ibrahim Al Rabiah representing the listed companies
as members at the Board of Directors of Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) to complete the three year term declared by the Council's resolution number (36) on 24 January, 2011.
